We have had so many months of working through this. Let's get together when I return and let's make it work for our building .

SUBJECT: RE: [200WILLIAM-EC SP67851] PAINTING COMMERCIAL FOYER ON
LEVEL G Good start certainly but hopefully we can consider colour
pallets and options to give a more stylish finish. This would not cost
any more to consider paint finishes. If we are to spend the $$ lets
get the best outcome possible. P Sent from my iPhone On 22 Jun 2023,

All, I was going to brief everyone on the commercial foyer on level G
at the meeting but as that has been delayed I thought it prudent to
give an update. At the moment there is a few ongoing painting
activities that need to be completed within the building These include
fire certification rectification on a few different levels and also
the repair of the level 3 foyer that was badly damaged due to a water
leak in a level 4 apartment condenser unit. As part of Darren
organizing that work I ask him to get a quote for the repair and
repaint of the commercial foyer on level G. As we know the level G
entry way forms part of the commercial strata as such it is not under
out control. I proposed to Arnold some months back that the
commercial strata rectify that foyer however at the time the were not
interested. They also have an issue where they are still with STM and
as such cant organize at meeting or really make any decisions at all
as such it stalled. Darren returned a quote of around $3k to repair
and repaint that foyer and recently I proposed to Arnold that the 3k~
quote be accepted within the BMC. As it only requires the support of
the two BMC members and would not require the support of the whole
commercial strata i thought it may be a quick path to get the work
done and at least share some of the costs with the commercial strata
as part of our standard split. Arnold has since agreed to do the work
within the BMC so this should be able to go ahead with the rest of
the painting which will freshen that entry way up some what. I think
that's a very good outcome considering we were considering paying for
the entire work ourselves. Kind regards Matt. -- ** DO NOT SEND
