It's my understanding the commercial strata has not moved from STM as 
yet.   Only the BMC and the Residential strata have so far moved to 
Ascend.   Im not sure what you mean by "we"    We are not in any way 
part of the commercial strata unless you happen to own a commercial 
lot.  We only own what's on our starta plan and responsibility for  what 
is spelled out in the Strata Management Statement for the building which 
is administered via the BMC. That is all with Ascend. So "We" are with 
Ascend.  The commercial Strata is still with STM (unless they have moved 
and nobody told me)
