Hi all,

I am sorry but I have just had a work meeting rescheduled to tomorrow afternoon that I have to attend and cannot move. I am not able to make the EC meeting.

My comments:

Facade - I do believe we need to engage an engineer to assess for concrete cancer and flammable cladding. The facade is very shabby and, though not a short term project, we need to know what we are dealing with so we can plan finances.

Painting - I vote yes to painting G corridor. I would also be interested in getting quotes for all corridors and apartment doors so we can plan to have this done in the next 24 months.

Hello Sarah and everyone,
I will still be overseas on June 21. If you end up having a SKYPE or ZOOM session I will try to be in the meeting, however, as I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, I will be up in the Arctic area. Level 7 west tiling has been completed and I would suggest that one of the conversations is around the steel which is exposed and rusting around the building and getting onto this problem asap.  We've had so much rain and the primary result of this is that water is now getting into the building from outside - we must avoid further rusting.

Just a reminder regarding our committee meeting coming up next week, scheduled for Wednesday 21st June 2023 at 4.00pm onsite.


Can the committee please send through any agenda items you wish to discuss, I have included the following already as requested:

  *   Propose that the owners corporation engage Potts Point flowers to provide an interchange between fresh flowers and orchid planter on a cost of $260 per month and that a Key fob be allocated for foyer access to Potts Point flowers.
