[Craig Laforest]

Hello everyone,
I see the 21st of June has been proposed for the EC. Unfortunately
because of where I will be at that time (Arctic area), I can't confirm
that I will be able to connect via zoom. Please go ahead and have that
discussion and let me know what came out of the meeting.  Also I
appreciate a date in August for the AGM.

	I think  it would be good to wait for you Craig for the AGM if we
could as im sure people will want an update on next door and I think
you are the best person to explain that given your dealings with the
town planer.  Im not sure what Paul and Matt think ? 

	In July im only in Sydney from the 17th to - 21st anyway so it's a
very small window for me as well.   Paul I think is back week of the
19th of June So i do have a window 19th until I go north for the
winter on the 1st.  We could  fit in an EC meeting between the 19th
and the 30th of June that would be good and then we could plan the AGM
for after Craig's return.    Craig im not sure of your ability
given you are overseas but perhaps you could zoom in to the EC meeting
if you wished sometime between the 19th and the 30th  I could just
bring you up on my ipad or something so you could join the rest of us
?
