Dear Submitter, 

 

I am the Council Officer at the City of Sydney Council that is assessing the development application for the Stage 1 concept proposal for the No Birds Bayswater Car Rental Site at 164-172 and 174-194 William Street, Woolloomooloo (D/2022/139). 

 

You are receiving this email as you have raised view loss as a concern. To assist Council in understanding the extent of impact, we request that you submit photographs from your property of your existing views. You can provide this information by responding directly to this email. Please include the following in your response: 

*	Address, apartment number and level;
*	Description of where in your apartment the photo was taken, for example: 

*	Photo view 1 – Living room standing up
*	Photo view 2 – Living room seated
*	Photo view 3 – Bedroom standing up
*	Photo view 4 – Bedroom sitting down
*	Photo view 5 – Balcony
*	Etc 

 

The photographs will be used to inform the preparation of a View Impact Assessment. This may require, with your permission, a consultant specialising in visual impact assessment visiting your apartment to take photographs. Site inspections by Council Officers may also be undertaken. 

 

We request that this information be submitted by COB Friday 21 July 2023.
