Hi Matt,The actual cost for the year is $540 and not $180. I don't
know what you mean by a conflict of interest. I am suggesting that we
reduce the cage rate to $30 per month i.e. $360 per year for anyone
who wants a cage.

I would not be in favour of reducing revenue at the moment in the
current climate and state of the budget. I’m fairly sure $180 per
year is trivial to most building occupants. Also given that all EC
members are cage renters it may appear like a conflict of interest to
some.

Regarding the storage cages which are currently being leased out by
various owners at a cost of $45 per month.
Our accounts department are organising to add the charged to the lot
owners levy accounts however I want to be sure we are charging the
correct owner.
Attached is the list we have on file that is in the records from STM,
does this look correct to everyone?
