Hi Paul,
I did ask Darren to clean the front as a once off. But I can talk with
Arnold about making it a regular thing. What do you think Once a
fortnight ?
Sorry I have not had a chance to look at the lights yet. I have been
away since the meeting. Im back next week and will give some feedback
about the lights.
Im not sure how we approach P&S about fixing their sign. It's really
nothing to do with us. It's a totally different strata. The front could
be argued it's BMC but the signs are definitely commercial.
Perhaps a casual word with P&S something less formal. Craig I think you
get on well with them down there dont you? Could you perhaps have word
with them about it. Otherwise I think the only official line would be
for me to write a letter from the Resi Strata to the commercial strata
which may get things off to a bad start.
