Hi All,

  Here is the Notice for the EGM and proposed strata management agreement
for Ascend. Can you please give it your final approval before i send it out
today. I will also do up a proxy form today some time that I will send with
it. The proxy form will allow owners that cant attend the meeting to vote
for the change which may help us with a quorum.
