Hello everyone,
The only question I have is to confirm the number of lots. Ascend state there are 38 lots, however is that correct? We questioned this at the meeting we had last week.  Matt P, do you have anything on file to confirm?
I have noted that the contract is for one year in line with what we agreed. We can after 9 months assess how the relationship is going.

  Here is the Notice for the EGM and proposed strata management agreement for Ascend. Can you please give it your final approval before i send it out today. I will also do up a proxy form today some time that I will send with it. The proxy form will allow owners that cant attend the meeting to vote for the change which may help us with a quorum.
