Hi Craig,

  Yes I received it. I can pass it on to Darren to let them in for 
inspection. I would say nothing will come of it after the inspection as  
apartment buildings with only 30 apartments  that already have HFC are 
not exactly profitable. But that's a problem for this carrier really.  
There is also no space in the MDF room as they have been taken up with 
other carriers.  But again that's an issue for this carrier in particular.

Under the telecommunications act. We have no real grounds to object to 
land access and there is no real practical reason that i know of to 
object also.
