It's the leak in a bathroom it does not require the water to be turned
off. We will know more about costing tomorrow. But it should be covered
by the owner as it's an illegal renovation. They have exposed the lift
shaft as a feature wall and compromised the membrane somehow. Looks like
water is running along the edge of the lift shaft. We will also need
to claim insurance on the L3 foyer im thinking. But I will up date you
all when i get more info. What im saying is at least we are not in for
another big water leak fix expense.
