In this case an unexpected gift so no chance to request delivery elsewhere.

I think we might need to beef up response to these recurring episodes. 

Ken ( I only know him by this name) from level 5 had parcel nicked and later said the thief had been identified from our building. I guess Darren would know the details.

I will continue to pay for PO Box, annoying but seemingly necessary.
