[200WILLIAM-EC SP67851] Window cleaning

Hi John,
 We are talking about unreachable glass.  This is glass that an owner cant reach. They do it from rope and pulley from the top of the building.  We have been doing it every two years for the 13 years i have lived here.    You may not have any glass like that but some (like my apartment) has a window that doesn't open that is nowhere near anywhere you can reach.  Also like the large curved glass walls and awnings on the front of the building.

There's no perspex anywhere on the building that im aware of.
