Good morning committee,
Just thought I would restart the convo about NYE this year.
1.
Are we happy to open the rooftop again this year?
2.
Last year we hired a cleaner and a security guard. Do we need the same this year?
3.
Last year we offered residents 5 wristbands per apartment, checked on the door by security. Same again?
Personally I think we issue a letter to residents stating the rooftop will be open, with 5 persons per apartment able to use it. We ask the residents to email a list of names of guests so wristbands can be issued.
We can then obtain an idea of how much demand there is and make the decision if we invest in a security guard / cleaner based on this. If we are only talking a few apartments interested, we may decide not to spend the money.

We must consider every apartment owner/tenant who may want to invite a guest/s.
We must limit the number of guests per apartment. I’m happy to go ahead with the rooftop for NYE, however, not to allow one owner or tenant the opportunity to have as many tickets as he/she wants. I would suggest each studio can have a total of 4 people (including the owner/tenant); one-bedroom can have a total of 4 people (including the owner/tenant); each two-bedroom a total of 8 people (including the owner/tenant; each three-bedroom 10 guests (including the owner/tenant).
Also, the sharp plants must go as we discussed otherwise we’ll end up with an insurance claim from someone who cuts themselves on the leaves. Matt G and Matt P, did you receive my Gmail dated December 08 regarding this?
Darren would you please verify the amount for the security guards. Where will the guards be placed for the check-in? On level 7 at the elevators?
