Hi Sarah,

 

I just tried to call and just missed you. I am requesting you urgently
correct this email. 

 

It is incorrect and inflammatory to state that that the buildings will be
pulled down and replaced. 

 

The current DA is for the use of the space which will be an update to the
current approval colloquially referred to as the master plan - I have
confirmed this with council. It is likely this will result in a new DA
request in the future to replace the buildings, but that is not what is
currently being requested.

 

As agreed at the last meeting, we need to be very careful how this is
communicated and must ensure it is accurate. Incorrect information will
cause alarm and affect apartment values.
