Welcome back home.

 

Thank you for your offer. We had Darren involved last time, however, if you would like to assist by emailing owners direct and owners’ agents, that would be great.

 

I have John Burney locked in for 1030am; Matt P and Paul Mooney have declined; Katherine French has organized her own visit by Reinah for Wednesday Sep06; Matt G and I will also be locked in for the morning.  As the above have all confirmed one way or the other, would you please email the rest of the owners.

 

The time we have is small  - 4-5 hours maximum, so we’ll have those who contact you first, go into the schedule. Each visit will be approximately 15-30  minutes.

Hi Matt,

We would pay Natalie, as part of consultation fees for the work that she does for us on the day, accompanying Reinah, and describing the issues.

 

I believe Darren would be the best person to inform owners via email (preferably as I don’t think all tenants will pass the information along) as Sarah is overseas, I understand.

Hi Craig,
I may have misunderstood your email. Are you seeking agreement from the committee to pay Natalie $290 + GST * 4.5 ~= $1435 (approx.) or are you requesting the owners who are being assisted with the council need to pay?

Also, regarding your message to Darren, I suggest the appropriate person to communicate with owners via email would be Sara as she has a current list and facilitates emailing to all owners. If you would like a notice under the door, then I think Darren would be the appropriate person to do that task.

On Monday, September 4, Natalie Richter, from Natalie Richter Planning, together with Reinah Urqueza, Senior Planner from the City of Sydney, will be visiting Marquis Apartments for approximately 4-5 hours, from about 1030am. They will spend 15-30 minutes in several apartments.

 

Depending on how much time they have, I would like to ask owners, who would like Natalie and Reinah to see their homes to advise me so that a schedule can be made.
