Thanks All for keeping me in the loop. I appreciate it.

I have spoken with Craig this morning and my advice is that currently, the Council and potentially a view consultant engaged by Council will be coming out.  I am advised by the officer that this will be occurring soon. 
I would strongly recommend leaving it to this Council process at this late stage. 

The applicant has had a number of chances to do this work. It should have been done before the DA was submitted and part of the design process to provide for view sharing as part of a potential design.

The applicant was then requested to do this as part of the re-submission and left your properties out entirely.

I am concerned about any representations at this point. 

The view assessments do need to be done to a certain standard and objectivity. 

The view assessment would ideally be done prior to a design being established. Currently we have the revised design. 

Additionally, we started out by providing a pretty good view impact display/perspective as part of the original submission which should also be relied upon and will be assessed by the Council.

                Hi All,
 I was approached by the developer of the No Birds site Allen Linz via a third party friend. Allen had quite a bit to say and about the his proposal an was seeking access to the an apartment in our building to scout out view loss.   I said i would discuss his proposal with the committee and get back to him.  Does everyone have 20 minutes tomorrow or Friday for a quick online meeting. Im sorry am very busy this week and cant do it in person
