Hi Sarah,
 No you dont need to attend this one. Unofficial meeting the developer has contact me regarding nextdoor and he wants access to take pictures and to "work with us". I just want to get instructions from the committee on how to proceeds.  It's very much going to happen People like Craig need to decided if they want to try and get something and let them go ahead or try and fight this guy who will smash us in court.

I know his type. They dont loose when 1/2 a billion is at stake.
