Hello everyone,

 

I have spoken with Natalie Richter who put the details together for our DA
complaint, against the developer. The complaint became a legal tool when we
lodged it.

 

Her information was very interesting, and I agree with her.

 

Natalie was contracted by us to provide Council with a DA complaint. The
council has gone back to the developer twice asking them to resubmit their
DA. Natalie was very clear to me during our phone conversation. She
recommended that we don't have any discussion with Allen Linz, and don't
discuss our complaint with anyone.  And that obviously includes not allowing
anyone into any apartment to see any potential view loss, etc.

 

Please note the points above if you are approached by someone who wishes to
ask questions.
