Hi Craig,

 

Thanks for your email.

 

We have booked in the BMC AGM to be held in September and I will be
including the fee proposal from the engineer on this agenda with the
intention of approving at the meeting.

 

Once the fee proposal is approved, the engineer will commence inspections
and provide his report for all owners of both residential and commercial to
review.

 

I will keep you update once we have held the BMC AGM.

Good afternoon Sarah,

 

I hope the week is going well.

 

I would like to follow up on the discussion we had at the AGM re a building
specialist coming out to look at the property and the concrete cancer/rust
we have around it. Once we receive a report we can then eventually contract
someone to repair the building of any of the problems, before we go ahead
and repaint.

 

Would you also please provide an update from both a residential vs
commercial aspect - how do the costs work out in regard to this please?
