Please see below the strata levy breakdown for the remaining 2 x quarters
for anyone interested:

 

1st quarter:  Admin $76,000 + GST | Capital $25,000 + GST (already invoiced)

2nd quarter:  Admin $76,000 + GST | Capital $25,000 + GST (already invoiced)

3rd quarter:  Admin $113,000 + GST | Capital $0 (due 1st Sep 2023)

4th quarter:  Admin $113,000 + GST | Capital $0  (due 1st Dec 2023)

 

Total increase for remaining 2 quarters (divided by UE) = $74,000

 

Admin total (as resolved at AGM) = $378,000 + GST  (was $304,000)

Capital total (as resolved at AGM) = $50,000 + GST
