Hi Craig,

The two lights currently out in Lift 2 are connected to the cabin emergency lighting. Our lift contractor has ordered replacement parts and will install once received. I have reported the issue with the level P3 lift call button and the ventilation fan noise in lift 1. Thanks for the information.

Subject: EXT - Marquis elevators

Hello Darren,

You may have noted these to take care of but just in case would you please:

1.  Have two lights in elevator number 2 repaired. They've been out for 10 days.

2. The down button in the P3 parking lobby is not working properly. The downlight doesn't come on until there are many attempts to push it in.

3. I'm attaching a video of the noise in elevator 1 which I believe is from the fan. It's incredibly loud and I have noticed it since my return. It has been a problem in the past. The next time someone is out to look at the elevators, please get them to look at this. The noise becomes louder as the elevator gets closer to the plant room.

Kindly keep me up to date on the progress of all the above.
