[200WILLIAM-EC SP67851] Visitors car spaces

Darren, good morning.

We state in the BFMS notice boards in each of the elevators that we will
clamp visitor cars which go over the 24 hour period. The car in the picture
(apparently you have said it is from apartment 104) has been abusing this
rule, constantly.

I would like you to please first put a notice on such vehicles warning them
that their car will be clamped if its not permanently removed. If its not
removed, we clamp the car.

It's simply not fair on all other tenants/owners who don't have a car space
that one person keeps abusing the rules we have agreed upon.
