Hello Sarah,I have emailed a problem to you a few weeks ago with the
emails I am receiving from you. Each time they come through on the
thread they are each using 8MB of data. Would you please send another

	The town planner was paid last week, we ended up making a payment
directly from the Macquarie trust account to expedite payment and will
make a journal entry once your building goes live in our software.

	Thanks Sarah that’s great news.  Craig is away at the moment for I
think about 8 weeks and I think Paul returns over the next few days if
he has not already. So I guess it would be good to plan a committee
meeting for Craig’s return. I tend to split my time between here and
hammo but can be flexible most times .  

	Things that need to be ratified in the agenda but however have
already been agreed to on email is the engaging of a florist to
provide flowers for the building foyer and more work for the  town
planner that is building a case against  the development next door
. 

	The town planer is quite strict on her payment terms so might be best
to cover that one off with Craig on email. He usually does respond
while away but a bit slower for time zones and things.  She had
stopped work before without payment and there are council deadlines.
