The town planner was paid last week, we ended up making a payment directly from the Macquarie trust account to expedite payment and will make a journal entry once your building goes live in our software.

Thanks Sarah that’s great news.  Craig is away at the moment for I think about 8 weeks and I think Paul returns over the next few days if he has not already. So I guess it would be good to plan a committee meeting for Craig’s return. I tend to split my time between here and hammo but can be flexible most times .

Things that need to be ratified in the agenda but however have already been agreed to on email is the engaging of a florist to provide flowers for the building foyer and more work for the  town planner that is building a case against  the development next door .

The town planer is quite strict on her payment terms so might be best to cover that one off with Craig on email. He usually does respond while away but a bit slower for time zones and things.  She had stopped work before without payment and there are council deadlines.
