I hope this email finds you all well.

Just a quick update regarding the STM handover, we have finally received the link to your records and have now commenced onboarding you into our system.

Please allow up to two weeks for this to be completed, once your building goes live in our system we will issue welcome packs to all owners and then organise a committee meeting so I have the opportunity to meet everyone and get up to speed on any outstanding matters for your building.
