Hello Natalie,

Apologies for not mentioning that in addition to years of bad service from
Strata Title Management (STM), we now have to wait for them to transfer, as
Sarah has mentioned, the books and records to our new strata managing
company, Ascend. Your invoice is a priority for us and I know Ascend are
moving as fast as they can to finalise all dealings with STM.

We are just waiting to receive the books and records from STM and once
received we will commence our onboarding process and will then be able to
