[200WILLIAM-EC SP67851] DA development

Hi Craig/Natalie,

  The major issue I can find is there is no view impact statement for 
200 William at all. Without the impact statement it's hard to make any 
assessment.   They do not appear to have addressed any other issues it's 
just a general re-hash of the first document in terms of the rest of the 
submission. So all the other objections that you both worked on still 
generally stand.
