We have recently received meeting minutes that appoint us as manager for
both SP67851 and the BMC at the same building, located at 200 William St,
Woolloomooloo.

 

Over the past 12 months the owners at the residential and commercial schemes
of this building have attempted to contact their manager, and STM offices,
to no avail and are deeply concerned with the progress of numerous critical
items pertaining to this development.

 

With absence of any reply, they have conducted the relevant meetings to
appoint our office and the relevant minutes are attached.

 

Can you please forward to the relevant department and inform us when the
books and records are ready for collection as soon as possible please.
