Just letting you know that today I finally got assistance from Locklan (
yes correct spelling) and have obtained copies of the

* minutes for the EGM on April 15th 2021

*minutes for the AGM on October 11th 2021

* the Capital works fund 15 year plan from 28/02/2022 – 29/02/2036



This may be of some assistance to us.



I also discovered that if the secretary requests the strata roll of owners
it will be provided and he can then distribute to anyone interested . I
would like to get this roll please .



May I ask that the next committee meeting be a face to face , and not a
paper meeting so that we can discuss these items, the new strata managers +
the items re the development next door as already mooted.



FYI I am away April 19th – May 5th.



Things are moving along and will get better I think.
