[200William-EC SP67851] EXT - PLANTS ON LEVEL 7

Hello Darren,

Thank you however it's not about servicing these plants. They are dangerous
once they are at any length. They're not the type which can be "cut back" -
plant nor the tight, compact weeds in the plants. Please have him remove
them all when he services the common garden on level 1.

Thank you.

Craig

Hi Craig,

I had a contractor inspect today and access was not possible due to the
works on western rooftop terrace. Viewing from the doorway, he thinks the
plants could be trimmed back to make servicing much easier. The common
garden on level 1 is due for the 6montly service so he has proposed include
the eastern rooftop terrace as a example. If this is acceptable, we could do
the western terrace once we have access again. If not, we engage their
services to remove all the plants and replace them.

Kind regards,

Darren Vignes

Hello Darren,

What do you mean 'service' them? We don't want any extra charges for someone
to service these dangerous plants. They need to be removed please.

Regards.

Hi Craig,

I have a meeting with a contractor tomorrow who might be able to service
them. I'll provide an update then. Thanks

Hello Darren,

Further to our conversation yesterday, would you please have all the plants
on level 7 removed as soon as possible.

I will send pictures of how these plants have become so dangerous and so
difficult to weed. As I mentioned I have been weeding them for several
months but the leaves are growing very fast and have spikes on them and I
cannot weed the plant any longer. There is no point in having plants up
there because they need constant care from a gardener and constant watering.
Please have a professional remove them carefully.

Thank you.

Craig
