Good morning all,

 

I just wanted to follow up on the outstanding repair works at Marquis. The
ongoing rain periods are causing issues throughout the building and the
rooftop terrace works have ground to a halt until the water pentration issue
is addressed. Are there enough funds to proceed with the repairs or will a
committee meeting be required to review the available options?
