Morning all,
Please find attached fee proposal for performance solution as requested. The stages listed in the fee proposal are to align with the approval process under a complying development certificate (CDC) or a construction certificate (CC).
ARC managed to get some feedback from Ausgrid and basically, they want windows and any other openings located less than 3m from the substation to be protected. There is one window on the upper level and a large doorway to the AVIS carpark within 3m from the substation.
It was also noted that some windows with drenchers on top are sliding windows therefore a non-compliance that renders drenchers to be significantly less effective.

Please advise ARC to invoice SP 67851 at this stage as Commercial and the BMC weren’t “consulted” and haven’t agreed to the cost, however, we may be able to get the consent from Commercial and/or the BMC to accept the payment.

As part of the Kings Cross decommission, please be advised that OPEC have proceeding with core holes in the ramp as planned for the environmental samples. OPEC have let me know that they believe there is no structural considerations with the ramp, however, are still approaching with caution. They have let me know that if at any stage they need to reassess during the concrete penetration stage, they will let me know immediately. They are using a concrete core, so that it is not as destructive as a road raw or concrete raw.
