It was a pleasure to speak with you on Tuesday.
Thank you for listening to the concerns we have, as owners, regarding the DA
plans for the new development, located at 164-194 William Street,
Woolloomooloo (DA reference D/2022/139)
I would like to advise that we are preparing a professional planning
submission and that we request an additional few days for this to be
completed. We can definitely have it finished by the 15th April.
This provides us a little more time to:
1. Deliver an architectural plan showing photographs from many levels
of our building, which are true to the situation of view impact, if the
present DA for the new development goes ahead.
2. Show the footprint aftermath the new building will create from loss
of sunshine at all times of day on our building and surrounding areas. Lack
of sunshine and shadows from new builds are critical in daily life.
3. Develop a plan to show the consequences and repercussions of the new
building's ingress and egress by extra vehicles, including cars, delivery
trucks, emergency vehicles and garbage trucks. The ramifications of vehicles
using the present streets, roads and lanes, which are already heavily
populated, both by people and other vehicles, will be devastating.
We have already appointed a planning expert to provide a professional
submission regarding our vital concerns.
If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope to hear from you that
our submission can be delayed for several days.
