[200William-EC SP67851] Next Door development

Hello everyone,

I'm happy to engage a specialist to fight this building. Someone who has had experience and won this type of DA.

I am very concerned about:

1. Yet another building taking sunlight and putting our building into shadow and yes, losing our views. I believe this would happen for those on the north east part of the building in addition to the north west side.
2. We would become victims of more traffic which would have to use McElhone, Cathedral and the lane ways surrounding our building to get into Forbes street (the street for entry into the new buildings parking), if travelling from the eastern suburbs to get to this new building.
3. As part of point 2, the other option than the back streets is to turn into Bourke and/or Crown streets, basically using those streets to turn back onto William Street (from Crown).

The idea of having another 229 apartments on William street for the above reasons doesn't bide well at all for us, I believe.

Please let me know if you would like to meet as a group, with other owners.
Regards,
Craig

Hi all,

I am keen to engage an architect to asses the impact on views.

Regards,

Matt
