Not sure where the water is coming from but when the roofer does come out to check my ensuite please ensure he brings a camera to put up the ceiling to find where the water is coming from. Thank you.

Yes, this is great.  Let’s get this level 7 back on course to be fixed.

 

I have water still dripping down in various places outside from above. We’ve put down membranes in the past and I don’t believe this will fix the problem. This solution must be found.

 

Darren, when will you let me know when someone is coming out to look at my ensuite please (my email from last week)?  The ceiling has moved from its position and now the top of the cupboard is scraping it.

First step is to clarify whether the drenchers and the pneumatic balcony doors are required due to circumstances other than the fuel tank. To do this I will need to conduct a site inspection to have a closer look.

Fee for site inspection and issuing of correspondence in relation to drenchers and balcony door is $600 excluding GST, please let me know if you require a fee proposal on letterhead. I’m available for a site inspection Wednesday next week around noon if that suits.

Regarding the fuel tank, may I suggest ​delaying its removal until we do the site inspection, as it could be easier to get approval for decommissioning the tank and the drenchers together (if they are related to each other).

I dont think the sprinklers are required either. I dont think we have other sprinklers around so is the boost pump needed ?

I hope you’ve been well.

 

As part of the Kings Cross decommission, please be advised that OPEC have proceeding with core holes in the ramp as planned for the environmental samples. OPEC have let me know that they believe there is no structural considerations with the ramp, however, are still approaching with caution. They have let me know that if at any stage they need to reassess during the concrete penetration stage, they will let me know immediately. They are using a concrete core, so that it is not as destructive as a road raw or concrete raw.

 

Please note that the environmental works are the last portion of works and will most likely be completed on the Thursday 10th March. Also, that there will be some noise issues throughout the process. Do let me know if this is a problem.

 

OPEC have asked if you have any available drawings for the construction of the ramp on file?
