Firstly, the deadline was 9th June - how was this missed by STM when notification was sent on 24th May? 

Secondly, is there any further information as to the nature of Craig's claim? Is it only relating to his belief that Leanne requested the Biome report and therefore he should be reimbursed the cost of obtaining it? Or is he seeking full investigation of the supposed radiation in his walls? 

To be honest I am disappointed it has gotten this far - Leanne was warned by the committee that Craig may go to mediation and she advised she was drafting a response on 4th May. We are now 10th June, still no communication from STM to Craig on behalf of this issue. Underlying issue aside, I do understand Craig's frustration at the lack of action from STM. 

What is the next step for the committee and what does STM plan to do about the part they played in Craig's complaint getting this far?
