Sounds like a great idea to make certain the commercial side also take care of the façade etc they are responsible for.

Hi All,
I spoke with Paul who is very concerned with the downstairs look of the building. Specifically the area that belongs to the commercial strata and the William Street entrance where we have a right of carriageway. I have ask Darren to prepare some quotes in tandem with project remediate to paint the building However as these areas are not under our control we will need to consider them with Arnold and the commercial strata. Im meeting with them on a non strata related matter next week so I will mention it to them and see if we can perhaps get some agreement to include the commercial areas within the painting quote.
