Paul has a history of matters arising in buildings, like ours.  I think it would be great to have him as part of the committee. Let's enjoy this man's (established) views!

Hi All,

  Paul from 402 has shown interest in joing the committee at the next AGM I have suggested that he might like to sit in on the committee meetings before joining officially he  would not be able to officially comment or vote however i think it would be beneficial as  he makes contact with me about the building a lot.

Does anyone have any objections ?
