recommended.  I want to ensure that Matt Guy, who will be acting for the
Body Corporate, along with James Cheng, the Strata Manager from Strata Title
Management (STM), have all the emails relating to this matter starting from
my first email of November 22, 2021 to the Body Corporate and STM (see
attachment).

I refer to your application for mediation concerning issues relating to the
request for the owners corporation to further investigate radiation in unit
601 and refund Biome - Living invoice.

I confirm that a phone link mediation session has been arranged for 27 July
2022 to commence at 10:00 AM. The Mediator will call each participant on the
phone number provided and then link the calls together. Please note the
mediation may take three hours or more.

I have attached an Important Document for Mediation Participation. Please
read this carefully as the Mediator will refer to it at the commencement of
the mediation session.

The mediator does not make a decision on the issues being raised in the
application for mediation. Their role is limited to helping the parties
discuss the issues in an attempt to come to a resolution. We do not require
position statements or any additional information/documents from either
party in advance of the mediation.

However, if you wish to provide any relevant information prior to mediation,
you can do this by replying directly to this email no later than seven (7)
days prior to the mediation date. It is important to indicate whether any
additional information provided is for the information of Mediation Services
only or is to be forwarded to the other party/parties.

As mediation is an informal negotiation process, it is not common for
parties to have a legal or technical advisor or other support person
participate in the mediation session. If you wish for someone to participate
in the mediation with you, we require their full name and role so we can
pass these details on to the other party in advance. Each support person
will need to give a confidentiality undertaking at the commencement of the
session.

Please advise no later than 20 July 2022 the full name, role and direct
telephone contact number of all persons who will be participating in
mediation.
