Please use another browser and click on the download button.  The video
takes a couple of minutes to download. Please advise me if you are then able
to see the video.

Once you have viewed the video, as it shows this is a building issue, I
believe that reimbursement is justified.

Thank you for that. 

There was never any suggestion or indication that you would be reimbursed
for the costs of such an inspection. I am unable to view the video, however,
please send the report through once received for review by the Committee. 

Once the report has been reviewed, the committee can determine whether to
reimburse the costs that you have outlaid for this report and if and what
action needs to be taken. 

Please ensure that the report that Biome Living will be providing will
provide clear information as to what is causing the issue and the
recommendations on rectification.

Last Saturday a testing of radiation and EMF took place in my apartment and
I am attaching below a video report from Matt Cossey of BIOME - Living
regarding his findings. A detailed written report will also be completed
shortly.

I continue to be burned every night by the radiation and I would like to
know urgently what will be the next step in the building's investigation. I

I am attaching the paid invoice of $1,290 as this testing was requested in
Leanne's email and the matter has now become a building issue. I would like
to have this amount refunded, as a result, as soon as possible.

Afternoon Craig, 

As you are the only resident/owner that has reported this issue, and I don't
believe that any of the Committee Members, the Building Manager, nor myself
are qualified to provide advice on this type of issue, we would recommend
that you undertake independent further investigations in order to
clarify/confirm the issue that is occurring.

There are consultants that can complete radiation testing of which may be
able to narrow down or identify the cause, which would then be able to
clarify for the committee/owners corporation what action, if any is required
to be completed.
