Good afternoon Leanne and committee members,

 

I refer to Leanne’s email below, of November 23, 2021.

 

Last Saturday a testing of radiation and EMF took place in my apartment and I am attaching below a video report from Matt Cossey of BIOME – Living regarding his findings. A detailed written report will also be completed shortly.

 

I continue to be burned every night by the radiation and I would like to know urgently what will be the next step in the building’s investigation. I am burned from all areas of the bedroom and I feel radiation waves in other areas of my apartment also. Please download the following:

I am attaching the paid invoice of $1,290 as this testing was requested in Leanne’s email and the matter has now become a building issue. I would like to have this amount refunded, as a result, as soon as possible.

Afternoon Craig, 

 

As you are the only resident/owner that has reported this issue, and I don’t believe that any of the Committee Members, the Building Manager, nor myself are qualified to provide advice on this type of issue, we would recommend that you undertake independent further investigations in order to clarify/confirm the issue that is occurring.

 

There are consultants that can complete radiation testing of which may be able to narrow down or identify the cause, which would then be able to clarify for the committee/owners corporation what action, if any is required to be completed.
