Hello James,
Was there an original by-law stating that AVIS had the original ownership of
the signage on level 8? Definitely?
If there wasn't, are we, the residential strata, able to put in a request
for Marquis signage to go up?
Please advise when you have this information.

Sorry for the late reply on this.
I have revisited the case with my manager before I call the meeting as I am
not able to locate the roof area which has been an exclusive area to be used
by lot 1.
As such, it cannot be a simple approval on the replacement of the signage.
We may need to know how it was approved to be installed and who is
responsible on this.
The proper approval should be a by-law passed and granted the exclusive use
of area to you to install the sign on the common property. Do you have any
information of this?
Apologies on the delay as it took me additional time to review the case
again as the exclusive area for lot 1 was not stipulated Level 8.

Apologies for the late reply on this. It has been taking some times for me
to review the document and by-law.
I will recommend the following procedure.
1. Strata Committee Meeting for the commercial SP 67850 to approve the
installation and approve the signature on the Council application formally.
2. Notify the BMC, there will be a change on the sign.
The filled Council Application is required to be presented at the meeting as
well. Please send over before I organise the meeting.
The meeting can be held in 3 days time.
