Hello Darren and Matt,
Darren - who was the 'unresolved discussion' with? I agree that we shouldn't
have to pay for this if the bowsers are now not used. Is it a fire
regulation still to have these fire doors still work?

We obtained the attached fee proposal but there was unresolved discussion on
who would be required to cover the cost. If we get approval to proceed it
will not be resolved before this year's AFSS is due.

Hi Darren,
I see we are testing the North facing fire doors again even though the
tank has now been made inert. What do we need to do so we dont have the
expense any more. They always find that a few doors need fixing and im
sure the testing alone is costing a few thousand. We agreed to get the
fire plan fixed a few months back. Can we do that instead of wasting
money on another check.
