Please find the completion invoice for payment. As noted the submission is due with Council Wednesday next week after photographs occur on Monday. All being well the draft would be issued to Craig on Tuesday for approval. This invoice requires payment before the issue of the draft and we need to stick to the Council time frames as best possible to maximise the case for the residents of 200 William Street.
If you could please organise this and let me know when this will be resolved.

Leanne, Please find attached the amended document you have requested.
I have checked my records and I did not receive a request from you until now.
I have added in the Fee/Quote amount.
I have also bolded the item to indicate that the balance 50% payment is due prior to the submission being released. As this has a Council deadline attached and the importance of this case to views and keeping to authority/timeframes, it will need to be submitted at the required time and I am putting it ahead of other things to achieve this, with Craig’s valuable assistance.
If the invoicing is going to take a while to process please let me know and I can send the final account now. I am more than 50% through the work and if you require Craig to vouch for what I am doing and correspondence, he can.
Please email me if there are any issues and I would appreciate an email response re the final invoice so it is sorted.

I have already apologised that I was unavailable last week. I have got an assistant that you could’ve also spoken to or left a voicemail for whom would’ve been able to assist you.

11:45 am is fine with me. The main item to discuss is STM’s inability to contact other members of the EC with urgent matters as required. There aren’t many of these however it’s essential STM maintain better communication.

The primary purpose of the meeting is to get an update on the work Craig has been doing with the town planer and to discuss funding around our application for the DA of the development next door.
