I have already apologised that I was unavailable last week. I have got an assistant that you could’ve also spoken to or left a voicemail for whom would’ve been able to assist you.

Also, on the 22nd March 2022 I requested that Natalie be requested to send through a proper fee proposal on a letterhead so that I can have her cost proposal formally accepted by the Committee. This has not yet been received, only her invoice & terms & Conditions.

11:45 am is fine with me. The main item to discuss is STM’s inability to contact other members of the EC with urgent matters as required.  There aren’t many of these however it’s essential STM maintain better communication.

The primary purpose of the meeting is to get an update on the work Craig has been doing with the town planer and to discuss funding around our application for the DA of the development next door. So i think your key to being there.   Would everyone be happy to shift to 11:45   I dont think we need to be there for a long time.
