Hi SC,

We have followed up with Edyco Building to finalise the Home Warranty Insurance for the western rooftop main terrace, the balcony of 103 and parapet wall repairs on Apt 104.

Apartment 601's bathroom renovations have uncovered a ceiling leak in the 2nd bathroom. The issue is most likely related to a waterproofing failure on the western rooftop terrace main deck but we need to rule out other potential causes such as the gym bathroom, hot water plantroom and the rooftop plant room. We have started some investigations but require additional testing to confirm the cause. The plumbers have estimated $700 - $1250 + GST to open inspection holes inside the fire stairs. One hole above the level 7 slab and one hole below. The rooftop plantroom and the western rooftop terrace main deck will be flood tested with dye and we should be able to confirm the cause of the bathroom leak.
