Thank you for forwarding the draft proposal for the AGM and associated
budgetary documents and the report from Solutions in Engineering.

 

Before a fixed date is approved for the AGM, I propose that a meeting of the
Executive be called to discuss amongst other things the proposed annual
budget and items which will require immediate attention/expenditure, and
identify those items that can be addressed at a later time.
