Good evening Darren,

 

Last night, Saturday October 30, I was entertaining some guests in the
kitchen of my home.

 

At approximately 1030pm I was extremely startled by the illegal entry of
Cathy Rechichi (apartment 602) into my kitchen. She had walked straight
through my living room and into the kitchen. I was immediately concerned for
my guests and myself and told Ms. Rechichi to leave my home. I walked her to
the front door and once she had gone through, closed it behind her.

 

Police were called and they arrived at my home to take a statement from me
and they also asked for the details of my guests/witnesses. They then went
to interview Ms. Rechichi.

 

I have tried to have mediation with the owners of 602 in the past because of
their most unusual behaviour toward me.  Approximately 2 years ago, I
contacted Downing Street Court and was advised by one of their legal
representatives that they would send a letter to the owners of apartment 602
to meet for mediation with myself and the representative in one of the
Downing Street rooms.  The representative from Downing Street Court received
no response from the first letter nor the subsequent two letters which were
sent to Ms. Rechichi and Mr. West.

 

Would you please provide me with a copy of the video from level 6 from last
night, from 10pm through to the arrival of the police at approximately
1230am, as a charge of illegal trespass will most likely be served on Ms.
Rechichi.
