[200William-EC SP67851] Quantum heat pump heaters

Hi All,

  Regarding the Hot water heat pumps. The BMC has confirmed that two 
heaters require replacement. One is under warranty and the other is out 
of warranty.

The best quote received is $9845.00 which $7876 is the residential 
strata's component to replace the out of warranty heater and the 
plumbing associated with installing the in warranty heater.  If i dont 
hear back from anyone it's my intent to go forward with the best quote.
